A very early rifle with no markings, this may indicate that it was a pre production example; 1902/1903. Inspector’s marks are Enfield. It is in pure MkI specification with the single point rear sling swivel and the steel butt plate. It has all the standard MkI features; micrometer adjustable rear sight, with bone inserts, volley sights, magazine cut off, round cocking piece, magazine linked to the trigger guard. The bore is excellent and the woodwork free of major dings. A very rare and truly collectable rifle.
